What are your products made of?

Our bedsheets, dohars, and combos are crafted from 100% pure, breathable Indian cotton — soft, hypoallergenic, and kind to sensitive skin. No synthetics, no compromises.

How do I care for my bedding?

Machine wash cold or gentle with mild detergent, avoid bleach, and tumble dry low or line dry in shade. A cool iron keeps them crisp. Washing before first use is recommended.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are hand-packed and dispatched within 5–7 working days. Delivery then takes a few additional working days depending on your location. You’ll get an email when your order ships.

What are the shipping charges?

Shipping is ₹99 for orders under ₹999, and FREE for orders of ₹999 and above.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking — all processed securely through Razorpay. We never store your payment details.

Can I cancel or return my order?

You can cancel any time before dispatch for a full refund. As linens are hygiene-sensitive, we don’t accept change-of-mind returns, but we’ll gladly replace or refund any item that arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

Do the colours look exactly like the photos?

We photograph our products as accurately as possible, but actual colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and the natural, handcrafted nature of cotton textiles.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships you’ll receive an email confirmation. You can also view all your orders any time under My Account → Orders.
